The Pop Star Embraces a Twisted Persona of Herself in Mockumentary Teaser
The celebrated musician is getting ready for a substantial cinematic onslaught in 2026, beginning with the satirical film titled The Moment.
Within the project, she embodies what she describes as a twisted version of her public image.
It’s the truest representation of the music industry that I’ve ever seen, the performer remarked.
She further explained in an interview: It’s not a tour documentary, however the inspiration came from the pressure to make one.
A Glimpse into The Film
The first teaser, launched on recently, mixes actual recordings from her recent tour with imagined backstage scenes.
The Moment is overseen and co-authored by Aidan Zamiri, who shared that the plot revolves around a world where the artist opted for alternate decisions throughout the marketing of her smash hit album Brat.

A Hectic Film Calendar
The mockumentary is just one of several future film appearances for the musician, who already featured in three festival films recently.

What’s Next
Next year will also feature the artist together with Olivia Wilde in sensual story I Want Your Sex, Natalie Portman in art world thriller The Gallerist, and Barbie Ferreira in scary reboot Faces of Death.
She also agreed to star in the actress’s directorial debut A Tree in Blue.
I’m thoroughly loving my acting journey, she expressed. I feel very, very inspired currently in that field, and I only ever want to do roles that stimulate me.
Soundtrack Involvement
The month of February will also see the launch of the director’s version of Wuthering Heights, which will include new music from the artist.
She is also set to provide music for the drama Mother Mary, featuring Anne Hathaway and Michaela Coel, scheduled for release in the coming year.
The mockumentary is set to premiere on 30 January.
